Abstract | In collaboration with commodity distribution network, “BELAZ” JSC improves the after-sales service by reorganization of regional service enterprises, and creation of new service centers on the developed service territory. This improvement is implemented, taking into account the specific usage character of the “BELAZ” equipment and its engineering complexity and exactingness to the qualitative service and maintenance. Nowadays, it can be told with occurrence, that each product, which was manufactured by «BELAZ» and sent to a customer, stays in attention of the specialists of the enterprise, during its whole service life. Nowadays, the «BELAZ» system contains the combined system of after-sales service of equipment, which includes the direct participation of the plant, service network and exploitation enterprises themselves.
