Tsvetnye Metally

In the new issue of the “Tsvetnye Metally” (Non-ferrous metals) journal a lot of attention is paid to "winged metal" I. e. to aluminum. It is concerned with the 100th anniversary since the birth of academician I. N. Fridlyander. During his career he has improved the aluminum alloys which have become a basis of modern aircraft The issue includes the articles devoted to modern researches and development in the field of aluminum and its alloys.

Successes of Scientific and Industrial Company “Tekhnogen” in development, introduction and maintenance of technology and the equipment for X-ray radiometric separation method at the various concentrating and metallurgical works are reported in the articles by V. S. Shemyakin and S. V. Skopova.

In the section "Heavy Non-ferrous Metals" you can find the articles dated to the 80th anniversary of Russian nickel production. It includes articles by specialists of “Ufaleynickel” JSC , Institute of Metallurgy of the Ural Branch of Russian Academy of Sciences and Ural State Federal University named after B.N. Eltsin the 1^st President of Russian Federation.

The article "Usage of “economic cross” method in calculations of nuclear fuel demands for the development of nuclear power engineering” published in the section "Economics and management of production ", observd the complex of methods for definition of distribution of added value between participants of nuclear power production. This added value is obtained as a result of putting into practice the innovative technology.
