Tsvetnye Metally
Articles, published in the issue share the subject area of heavy and light non-ferrous metals and rare metals. This issue shares the questions of theory and practice of ore concentration, production and processing of non-ferrous metals, complex usage of crude ores, economics and management of production and industrial automation.
In the section “Economics and management of production” the article by B.A. Kotlyar is published . In this article offers are given on a regulation in the agreement and collective agreements of the size of a conditional constant component of a salary, to establishment of an order of ensuring increase of level of the real maintenance of a salary and determination of the minimum wage. Offers are made on the basis of the analysis of data of a number of mining and processing, metallurgical and pipe manufacturing companies of branch about level and structure of an average salary of the personnel and the amount of indexation.
The article by A. Ya. Baudouin, G. V. Petrov, S. B. Fokina, S.A.Ivanik published in the section "Enrichment", describes the largest technogenic platinum fields which are located in Russia and presented by Norilsk and platinum-chromite scatterings of the Urals and Aldan. Other source of PGM (platinum group metals) considered in article is platinum-chromite scatterings of the Urals and Aldan which represent complex raw materials.
The article published in the section "Heavy Non-ferrous Metals" by Yu. A. Savinova, A. B. Portov, L. Sh. Tsemekhman reported about the processed experiments on oxidizing and sulphatizing roasting of sulphidic polymetallic concentrates in the laboratory fluidzes-bed furnace. On the basis of the received results optimum conditions of roasting are chosen. Reached extent of extraction of non-ferrous metals at a leaching of cinders makes ~94–96%.
The article by E.V. Bogatureva, A. V. Chuba, A. G. Ermilov shows possibility of forecasting of reactionary ability of arizonite and ilmenite concentrates after mechanical activation according to the X-ray diffraction analysis that allows to carry out the express analysis of efficiency of mechanical activation for achievement of required extent of extraction of iron at a stage of salt and acid processing of concentrates. The technique and criteria of an assessment of efficiency of preliminary mechanical activation of arizonite and rutile concentrates create technological preconditions for production of artificial rutile from available mineral raw materials.
The article by E. V. Hrapunov, S. A. Trebukhov, I. A. Marki, M. A. Adylkanov, F.H.Kaldybekov describes results of the integrated tests of receiving graded metal from the sub-standard rough selenium which is forming at processing of anode slimes of electrolytic refinement of copper in the Kaldo furnace, by a method of vacuum distillation which is usually applied when cleaning of impurity of selenium of technical grades.
On May 24, 2013 in Smolensk drama theater took place the celebration on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of Kristall plant Representatives of diamond industry, heads of the industrial enterprises of the Smolensk region, representatives of power structures, friends and partners gathered for celebration corporation "Crystal". In the section "Chronicle" to attention of readers is provided the publication about this . In more detail about corporation activity you can learn in the Non-ferrous metals No. 2/2013 magazine.
