Реферат | Author offering to use at flotation of ore some new effective flotation reagents and their combination. So, new foaming agent can create small bubbles of air and regulate their size in depend on quality of ore. Dosage of liquid agents at tonnage of ore not provide their sufficient requirements and concentration. It is lead to break technology and create dangerous ecological situation. Creation condition complete spend of reagents during chemical reaction and sorption process on mineral surface is possible on basis using some physical-chemistry dates of flotation system in connection with technological regime and expenditure of reagents. On basis second law of termodynamics found equation for definition contact angle and free energy flotation system. It is shown, that condition stabilization of sulphides-ions on mineral surface is definited theirs flotation activity. Maximum flotation activity of minerals is seen, when create elemental sulphur. Progress in flotation minerals from different kinds of ore connection not only with search for new reagents, but and using of method “without collector” flotation on basis regulation of elemental sulphur on mineral surface. |
