Increasing the open cut mining efficiency could be reached due to the introduction of the conveyor ore transportation, using the primary crushing of rock mass in open pit. The stationary and semiportable crushing transfers found an application in large open pits and cuts with large productivity, which use the automobile and conveyor transport. Uralmash Machine-Building Corporation proposes the complex introduction decisions of the in pit breaking technologies with the cone coarse crushers CCC-1350/160 (ККД-1350/160), CCC- 1500/180 (ККД-1500/180); simple jaw crushers SJC-12x15U (ЩДП-12x15U), SJC-15x21U (ЩДП-15x21U) and complex jaw crushers CJC-12x15U (ЩДС-12x15U). The crushing transfer CT-2000 (ДПУ-2000) with the direct loading of material is the semiportable (portable) complex of equipment, including: the crusher CCC-1500/180 (ККД-1500/180), the crusher's bed frame; feed apron, transfer conveyor and unloading rack. The ore, exploded in bottom, is transported to the crushing transfer and is loaded by the dump trucks from the unloading racks directly into the receiving bin over the crusher. The unloading of the crushed rock mass is transfered from the crusher to the feed apron. For the movement of installation on a new place, the CT-2000 (ДПУ-2000) is being disassembled to the components (not more than 100 t) and is transported, using all-purpose transport facilities. In comparison with the foreign analogues, the advantages of breaking and grindability equipment of Uralmash Machine-Building Corporation are:
