This paper presents the results of experimental and release tests of rubber lining at concentration plants of Ural Mining and Metallurgical Company. The wear dynamics of rubber lining was researched at several plants. There are given the procedures of wear estimation and forecast in real exploitation conditions for concentration plants, which process various ore grades. The paper also describes an organization process of researching directly at the enterprise, along with basic technical parameters that have been traced during the experiment. There is set a number of solutions to change the operation mode of grinding division when using the rubber lining. There are also given the prospective ways of further optimization of lining structure for each type of raw materials, including the lining design variations and fastening manners of lining to roll and mill operation mode of grinding mills. This paper presents the graphic materials, which have been practically obtained during the tests holding. The usage efficiency of rubber lining instead of metal lining was estimated, according to the test results.
