There is presented the scheme of mobile machines reliability formation. This scheme shows that the exploitation reliability is the qualitative function of machines` supplied production and inner content, which is founded during the projecting. In connection with it, there is proposed the control system of the reliability of heavy-load dump tracks, which service the coal cut in Neryungri.

For the purpose of the forecasting of diesel 8Ч12/12 (8Ch12/12) and 8Ч13/14 (8Ch13/14) resourses, there is analysed the dynamics of application of depreciated iron lubricant in dependance on the type and technical conditions of air filters. The mathematical models are obtained in the form of exponential dependence.

There is given the description of diagnostics and reliability service functioning mechanism.
