In connection with the 100-th anniversary of Dokuchaevsk Flux and Dolomite Industrial Complex (Dokuchaevsk, Ukraine), this article considers the history of enterprises` creating, stages of it's formation and progress. The plans on future are in project.

For the hundred years this enterprise had a big history from Elenovsk open pits with hired cartage and manual method of raw materials` extraction to modern mining enterprise, which is equipped with new technology. The enterprise realizes wide social program. Open pits of the enterprise are supplied with mineral reserves for more than tens of years and have the prospects on their increase. The balance reserves of natural resources have a growth prospects:

- balance reserves of “Tsentralnyy” open pit have 294 million tones, due to the involving of “Vostochno-Komsomolskiy” geological area (north part) to the processing;

- balance reserves of “Dolomitnyy” open pit have 27 million tones, due to the open pit`s field hollow with 60 meters lower than a project level to the 27 meters level;

- balance reserves of “Vostochnyy” open pit have 153 million tones, due to the involving the “Balka Bezvodnaya” geological area of Elenovsk deposit to the processing.
