Реферат | In the complex physical and mechanical conditions of contact interaction of the wheels rolling with rails with high static and dynamic loads, temperature and abrasive action is intense wear of the working surfaces of wheels and tires, which reduces their longevity leads to higher costs for restoration and repairs. In order to enhance career Railway investigated the interaction of the wheels rolling with rails, particularly on curved sections of the path, using data from monitoring the technical condition of the rails and rolling stock wheel pairs. For the rational distribution of loads in the contact patch a pair of "wheel — rail" is particularly important is the choice of the surface profile of their interaction. The article shows the studies of the interaction between wheel and rail rolling stock in terms of rail transport in quarries, particularly on curved sections. The recommendations to increase the share of the "wheel — rail". When used in quarries starogodnyh rails must conduct timely profiling as rails and rolling stock wheel pairs of calibration patterns, and to ensure conformal wheel profile career rail transport to continuously monitor fillet (lateral surface), the rail head of track and rolling stock wheel pairs. This will reduce the contact stresses in the contact area and increase the lifespan of the "wheel — rail". |
