Реферат | In the application of systems with the collapse of ores and host rocks are provided by a high concentration at a relatively low production costs, and significantly reduces the amount of set-threaded mining. A significant drawback of these systems, besides the collapse of the earth's surface is relatively high ore loss and dilution, which is associated mainly with the parameters of the system design, order management and clean-up regime for release of the ore mass. One way to solve these problems in terms of providing high qualitative and quantitative extraction of the modernization of technology with the collapse of the ore and host rocks due to changes in design solutions used variants of systems development. To determine the rational parameters of sublevel caving, mode and order of registration was carried out computer simulations of physical and release the ore mass with an imitation of mining and geological conditions Zhdanovsky copper-nickel deposit. The experiments found that should abandon the traditional version of the sublevel caving in the face of the ore mass release and go to the option with the location of the brown-haul workings in the footwall of the ore body. This allows more than halve the amount of set-threaded operations, increase the quantity and quality of extraction of mineral resources and virtually eliminate the loss of the ore zones with a high content of useful component. |
