Реферат | The actual processing of old tailings sulphide ores of non-ferrous metals is presented. The material composition of the old tailings and technological solutions to their processing are shown. The principal technological schemes and conditions of beneficiation, allowed to separate from technogenic tailing goldcopper concentrate or gold-pyritic product, which can be processed by pyro- and hydrometallurgical technologies are proposed on the base of material composition of sulphide ores and tailing researching. Sulphide copper-zinc product can be processed by technology of selective flotation. The researches of beneficiation process of stale technogenic tailing of sulphide non-ferrous metals ores processing are realized. Gravity beneficiation was executed by screw-shaped lock with crude concentrate aftertreatment at table concentrator. Tailing after concentration were floated. Gravitational-flotation circuit processing old tailings can get the gold-pyrite concentrate, which gold 5.37 g/t and silver 27.53 g/t are contained, with recovery 54.5% and 53.9% respectively. The highest gold recovery in the flotation concentrate is achieved in 30–40% of pulp density, the optimal values of pH for the flotation of gold-bearing mineral assemblages 7.5–9.0; it’s necessary to use of more selective than the butyl xanthate collectors or mix of collectors. It has been educed, that usage of more selective collectors than butyl xanthate and/or selective combination of collectors is demanded for quality of copper concentrate improvement and for raising gold and gold-bearing sulphides flotability. |
