Реферат | The article presents the concept of continuous solidphase synthesis of oxide materials and considers the experimental results of the developed technology of continuous solid-phase synthesis of ultra- and nanopowders of oxide materials. On the example of piezoelectric ceramics there is shown the possibility to improve its quality by regulating powder granulometric composition directly during their synthesis and subsequent high-speed sintering. Controlling the oxide material dispersion while sintering eliminates the grinding process from the conventional ceramics technology, which, in turn, eliminates attendant problems. This is very important for pollution sensitive materials. The technology of continuous solid-phase synthesis enables synthesizing almost any oxide materials: ferrites, semiconductors, posistors, piezoelectrics, phosphors, high-temperature superconductors, construction and capacitor materials. This technology can be used for synthesizing uranium oxides and alloy elements used as additives for high-quality ceramic nuclear fuel. The technology is environmentally friendly, non-laborious, and easily integratable into any real ceramics production chain. It is intended for any tonnage production and material science research centres. |
