Реферат | In article summarized and represented the experience of usage gas-lift constructions for intensification technological processes in refining and melt transportation of light alloys. It is shown that application of gas-lift constructions will allow to decrease aluminum alloys hydrogen, nonmetal inclusions and alkaline metals in melt, and also to raise productivity of melting, provide uniformity of a chemical compound and temperature in the melt furnace by the stirring melt in process. Described the typical scheme of interaction of gas and melt during the transportation of light alloys, dependence of productivity gas-lift construction during the melt’s transportation of aluminum is resulted from the gas and delivery pipe depth’s in melt. Experimental data by efficiency and kinetic of degassing during the melt’s transportation of aluminum alloys with application of gaslift constructions are received, and also presented various variants of gas-lift construction’s usage in metallurgical practice of light alloys manufacture. The prospect of introduction gas-lift construction in manufacture of light alloys is shown, based that the design of gas-lift construction is concerning simple and its manufacturing doesn't demand the large capital investments, and also that these installations in this or that updating are easily entered in a design of any melting units. |
