Реферат | In the article the long-term needs in the rare-earth metals (REM), raw materials and man-made sources for their commercial production. Target-oriented approach to the recovery of domestic rare earth industry involves several steps, the sequence of these phases is largely determined by market realities. Monitoring of market developments, economic and analytical support of the formation and implementation of the program, as well as' training of highly qualified personnel and extensive international cooperation will determine the competitiveness of domestic rare earth industry, the effectiveness of the implementation of its products in the global market share of the market segment occupied by the domestic producers. UNIDO (United Industrial Development) method was used in the program of REM industry development. Three criterions were used: NPV (Net Present Value), IRR (Internal Rate of Return) and DPB (Discounted Payback Period). This realization of stable development of world level Russian integral company in the field of REM-industry is possible by means of analytical training system. |
