Реферат | The purpose of the study was to increase efficiency of flotation concentration of ores and separation of concentrates by means of undular and cavitation impact during raw pretreatment prior to flotation. Operational parameters of cavitation and undular treatment were varied by regulating pulp volumetric flowrate through the hydrodynamic undular device transforming a certain part of the pumping pulp flow energy into undular oscillations of the medium. Chemical composition of flotation products has been determined by the inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectroscopy. In this work, the effect of undular and cavitation impact on copper-containing ores and concentrates prior to floatation treatment has been studied. It has been demonstrated, using copper-pyrites ores of the Safyanovskoye field as an example, that pretreatment of copper sulphide ores in the hydrodynamic undular device results in suppressing floatation extraction of copper minerals. Gradually, with the processing time increasing, degree of copper extraction into a foamy flotation product decreases, and, simultaneously, the copper content therein also decreases. Using prefloatation treatment in the hydrodynamic undular device for copper-molybdenum concentrate of the Zhirekensky floatation dressing plant promotes floatation selection of sulphides of cuprum and molybdenum without application of other methods or chemicals. |
