Реферат	The paper examines the problems of varying metal structure and properties at complex effect of small amounts of elements that are powerful factor having influence on melt purity, variation of crystallization conditions, structure of boundary zones and grain size, obtaining of uniform structure etc. Composition of refining mix including the elements having complex effect on steel melt is developed on the example of 34L and 17G1S grades.
