Реферат | Results of researches conducted by JSC “Gipronickel Institute” in autoclave technology of processing of nickel-containing sulphide concentrates of various composition are resulted. Autoclave oxidation technology with maximum transfer of non-ferrous metals in a solution and separate processing of liquid and solid phases allows to process the pentlandite-pyrrohotine concentrates containing 1–10% of nickel, 0,3–3% of copper and 0–80% pyrrhotine. Maximum transfer of nonferrous metals in a solution and high sedimentation characters of the oxidized pulp are attained in process realization at the temperature of 140–150 °C and partial pressure of oxygen 0,5–0,7 MPa. |
