| Реферат | The melt temperature is the main parameter of steady holding the melting process of copper concentrate in the Vanyukov furnace at Nadezhdinsky metallurgical works; it is controlled via indirect method by temperature of waste gases, water temperature in draining-off from caissons as well as visually according to the features of splashes in the tuyere region of the melt. At present time, the problem of steady and qualitative holding the melting process is not solved still. It is proposed to develop the intellectual system for automatic control of melting process in the Vanyukov furnace with usage of the system of fuzzy-output allowing to increase volume of manufactured matte and to improve its quality. |
