| Реферат | The prospects of production-technical development of “Norilsk Nickel” mining and metallurgical corporation are connected with large-scale investment projects that are to be realized, first of all, in the Norilsk industrial region. It is shown that success of realization of such projects and, respectively, strategical development are mainly determined by skill level of the specialists who are professional leaders of these projects. The problems of development of Norilsk enterprises are examined; sharp lack of project managers having basic knowledge and experience in the field of management of innovation and investment projects seems to be the main problem. To solve it, it is proposed to establish in Norilsk the specialized school of financial management in mining and metallurgical production, meaning that it will solve effectively the problems of the corporation not only in Norilsk industrial region but also in other its affiliates. |
