| Реферат | The features of personnel management in the crisis period are observed. It is noted that the policy of labour remuneration in the companies should provide reservation of stimulating function of the salary in the conditions of demand weakening for finished products and lacking of financial resources. Several methodological approaches for creation of information-analytical basis are proposed; such basis will make more easy taking solutions in salary managing in complicated and unconventional conditions of activity of the enterprises. |
