Реферат | Mass transfer on metal-electrolyte phase boundary using physical model of two-dimensional vertical section of electrolyzers in a scale as 1:1 has been researched. It has been shown that metal losses has been defined with emulsification and emission in electrolyte of dispersive metal drops from crest of coincident wave, formed at the surface of liquid-metal phase close to anode border. It has been shown that electrolyzers with Soderberg anodes will have current output of metal more than 95–96 %, if they are transferred during conservation of the type of current lead on anodes with width, approached to baked anodes. The constructions of double-anode electrolyzers for side feed through and triple-anode for top feed through during suspending two or three anode blocks of common frame have been proposed. Expenses on reconstruction with conservation type of current feed through reduce, comparing with transition this electrolyzers on baked anodes by 4–5 times. |
