Реферат
This study presents analysis of UO2 fuel pellets molding, including characteristics of stress state in pellets while pressing and pressing-out at molding of UO2 powder. Nomographic chart to measure internal profile of die subject to molding pressure was presented. Regulations of pellets counter pressing out were justified and hydraulic circuit for rotor pressing line control was developed. The study also shows the feasibility to provide steady motion of upper and lower punches. For which purpose a special “stream splitter” of the operating fluid in the rotor line was developed for automatic molding of fuel pellets.
