Russia plans to supply commercial "TVS-Kvadrat” in 2015 – 2016. The country is ready to be flexible and consider all options for collaboration with foreign partners in the area of nuclear fuel cycle; it is not afraid of competition from Westinghouse and pays interest to the Asian fuel markets.
