Реферат | Rolled profiles are requested products of metallurgical processing, the scope of which covers such industries as mechanical engineering, construction, mining, etc. The high rates of economic development of our country require an increase in the production of rolled products and a reduction in costs. These urgent problems can be solved by improving the organization of production and, in particular, the issues of productivity standardization. Using examples of existing production, the timing approach to standardizing the productivity of technologically connected rolling shops is considered. Regulatory models of the functioning of the breakdown shop are presented, which make it possible to form a multi-level, multi-factor base of rational regulatory steps for calculating standard productivity. The problem of standardizing the productivity of a complex production system that has a rigid connection with an adjacent system and a branching material flow is considered. |
