Реферат | Additive technologies, also known as 3D printing, are a new and innovative way of producing various products. These technologies are widely used in various industries, including the production of cast iron and steel casting. Additive manufacturing is a promising technology for the production of parts of complex shapes according to three-dimensional graphic models by sequentially building up various materials on the base. In modern Russia, additive manufacturing is in most cases common in specialized centers and is beginning to increase capacity at existing production facilities, replacing some technological processes. In this regard, it is necessary to train specialists trained to design models of products for their further manufacture with the help of additive technologies, to carry out maintenance of aggregates and be able to introduce them into existing technological chains of production, as well as to carry out quality control of manufactured products. In addition, specialists must have knowledge in the field of materials science. They should understand the properties of cast iron and steel, as well as their behavior when using additive technologies. This will allow them to choose the optimal materials for various applications and ensure high quality and durability of manufactured products. Practical training is also an important aspect of training specialists. Students should be able to work with 3D printers and other equipment used in additive technologies. Specialists with knowledge and skills in the field of additive technologies can effectively use their potential to create complex and high-precision cast iron and steel parts. The training of such specialists should be comprehensive and include both theoretical training and practical work with equipment. Only such specialists will be able to successfully apply additive technologies in the production of cast iron and steel casting. |
