Реферат | It is shown that the filtration of Nickel alloy using foam ceramic filters (PCF) is an effective way to reduce non-metallic inclusions. The known mechanisms of filtration of metals and alloys are considered. It is known that the mechanism of liquid metal filtration consists of four components: 1) mesh, in which particles larger than the diameter of the fi lter holes are retained at the inlet of the fi lter element; 2) mesh-cake, in which the role of the sieve is performed by non-metallic inclusions of large size, which were delayed on the upper layer during the operation of the fi rst mechanism; 3) adhesive, in which for various reasons on the stacks of filter channels delayed inclusion, the size of which is smaller than the diameter of the fi lter channels; 4) priming, in which the filter walls serve as substrates for the separation of a new non-metallic phase from the supersaturated solution. Filtration refining of Inconel 718 alloy through a double foam-ceramic filter produced by SELEE was investigated. The heat-resistant Nickel-based alloy Inconel 718, smelted at PJSC Ruspolimet, was chosen as the object of research. A ceramic coarse filter and a two-layer zirconium dioxide PCP with a porosity of 5/10 ppi were installed in front of the filling Cup. The features of the filtration mechanism of Inconel 718 alloy of vacuum-induction melting are established. When filtering the metal smelted in the VIP, only the last two mechanisms are implemented. To assess the contribution to the overall degree of filtration of each of the mechanisms, the chemical components of the delayed inclusions were analyzed. |
