Реферат | Electrical illumination allows operation in underground mine at any time of day, contributes to productivity improvement and creates comfortable visual conditions in work places. Illumination of work places and passages of mine personnel uses various light fittings, out which LED lamps enjoy the widest application owing to high energy efficiency of loner life as compared with other types. Lighting mains in underground excavations, subject to fire and explosion safety regulations, largely use illumination devices manufactured by SHELA company. With a view to using LED lamps of low capacity, SHELA sets up production of three-phase illumination transformers AOSHh-5.0, AOSH-2.5, AOSH-1.6 and AOSH 0.8 with a nominal rating of 5.0, 2.5, 1.0 and 0.8 kV·A, respectively. For these devices, the calculation formulas are obtained for minimum short-circuit currents depending on reduced lengths of lighting cables with copper cores and different cross-sections in mains with threephase illumination transformers of various capacity and secondary voltage. The estimated values of short-circuit currents are used in testing pre-selected settings of overcurrent protection in automatic cut-outs in-built in three-phase illumination transformers of the AOSH type manufactured by SHELA company. The obtained values can be used by designers and electrical operators to determine maximum allowable short-circuit currents in lighting mains in industry. |
