Реферат | Max-Plank Institute for Iron Research (MPIE) develops simulation of materials and their parameters at the atomic level. Fe–30Mn–8AL–1,2С (% (mass.)) was examined and held at 600 °C during 24 hours; extraction of coherent k-carbides in austenite matrix was noted. It was explained by combination of the effects, when compression weakens chemical links and carbon depletion decreases driving force of k-carbides and provides ordering of Al and C. It is shown that carbide can’t vary in accordance with natural tendency of disorder forming at the a.m. temperature, what finalizes in replacement of several Al atoms. Thereby strengthening mechanism of high-strength manganese steels via kcarbides was revealed. |
