Assessment of the possibility of increasing of gold extraction from Natalkinskoe deposit ore by gravitation and flotation methods carried out the complex of technological investigations and industrial testings using modern flotation agents and centrifugal separators. Results of flotation of ore, containing 1.59 g/t of gold, are given. During the application of import collectors and depressors (PAX, DTR, AERO 208 and AERO 3477, AEROFROTH 6), the concentrate yield was 2.3% with 63.9 g/t of gold and extraction of 92.7%. Efficiency of release of free gold in gravitation concentrates was investigated by centrifugal concentration, using separator Falcon SB 750 on experimental-industrial gold-mining factory (Matrosov mine). At the same time, three control experiments with the product of semi-self-grinding mill discharge were carried out. The optimal mode of separator operation was carried out: centrifugal acceleration 80g; fluidizing water pressure 89.57 kPa; time of concentrate cumulation 90 min. The quality of gravioconcentrate was stable: ~683 g/t. Having the concentration grade ~565 units, gold extraction in concentrates of centrifugal separator was 55–56%. According to this, there were obtained rather high indicators, which agree with the results of laboratory investigations, which confirms the reasonability of technological use of gravitation concentration ore processing in centrifugal concentrates. This article was written according to the results, obtained during the fulfillment of the subsidiary agreement No. 14.577.21.0142 (28.11.2014), unique identifier of applied scientific investigations and experimental developments (project) RFMEFI57714X0142. |
