Реферат

The purpose of the work is to increase efficiency of additional recovery of gold from gold-containing concentrates, produced from man-induced material, using a complex of beneficiation and metallurgical methods. The concentrate production circuit provides for gravity preconcentration of material of –1 mm size and beneficiation of gravity concentrate, ground to –0.5 mm size, in centrifugal separators KC-CVD (Nelson concentrator) with continuous material discharge in two consecutive stages. The primary gravity concentrate by 70 % consists of sulfide minerals with density, comparable to that of tungsten-containing minerals. Sulfides are removed by flotation method in XJQ-40 mechanical cells. Tungsten-containing product final concentration stage, following sulfide flotation, is accomplished through gravity-flotation circuit. This product final finishing concentration is performed on electromagnetic separator DCH-0.6. Tungsten-containing product dewatering is performed in two stages: thickening in lamellar thickener P-1; thickener sands filtration in press filters XAZ-20. The hydrometallurgical processing flow sheet includes desliming, mixing with solution of reagents and cyanidation with continuous circulation of solutions. Gold recovery into solution in cyanidation is 98.34 %. Upon completion of leaching, pregnant solutions are pumped to electrolysis, gold recovery into cathode deposit is 96.2 %. Solid residue (cake) is washed, rendered harmless and dumped to tailings storage facility. In order to decrease environmental impact, special methods are developed with a view to render harmless cyanidation tailings and atmospheric emissions.
