Реферат | The object of study is based on the combined process of continuous casting and pressing of non-ferrous metals Castex, carried out by the use of installation Conform with the vertical axis of the crystallizer wheel rotation. Development and practical use of the line for implementation of this innovative process open the new opportunities to obtain a competitive steel with a high level of properties. The aim of research was to establish the dependencies for the design of structural elements of the equipment to ensure the implementation of a stable process of continuous supply of molten metal into the groove of the mold, solidification and extrusion of the split container in the matrix hole. The objective was to identify and calculate the main parameters of the process, determining the compliance of the condition that the second metal volumes are constant during metal movement from the dispenser with the melt before the press-product obtaining from the matrix hole. The result shows the originality of technical solutions for the line design including the installation Conform with horizontal crystallizer wheel for the implementation of the combined casting and pressing of metal. Dispenser sizes were calculated according to the level of molten metal and the crystallizer wheel speed, ensuring the stability of the investigated process in the laboratory setting. The results of experiments on the continuous casting and pressing of aluminum alloy wire AD31 (АД31) confirmed the efficiency of the pilot line and correct performance, calculated by the method of B. Gulyaev. |
