Together with development of main industrial complex of Sokolovsko-Sarbaiskoe Mining and Concentration Production Association, there were formed and developed the services of automation, scheduling, communication and mechanization of labor-intensive works. These services provide efficient operation of technological equipment, required level of labor productivity of management personnel, and quality of output products. This article shows the basic stages of development of these services and introduction of automation, scheduling and communication means. Nowadays, introduction of new productive capacities is realized with integration of management systems and control in existing information structure of enterprise, which makes a control of industrial processes at constructed or reconstructed objects much easier and provides the correct operation of adjoining systems. The Association also carries out the operations on integration of corporate data-processing network of the Association in united domain of Kazakhstan enterprises of Eurasian Group ERG. The system is planned to be launched in 2015.
