For 60 years, Sokolovsko-Sarbaiskoe Mining and Concentration Production Association passed the way of construction, creation and modernization. Collective of high-professional workers was formed. The last 20 years became very difficult for the Association. Production volumes were decreased to 6 mln. t. For the purpose of saving the market positions, there was realized the complex of measures on withdrawal of enterprises from crisis situation. From the beginning of 2000, the enterprise has constantly increased the volumes of yield of iron ore products. Nowadays, the enterprise successfully carries out the large investment program, directed on capital construction and technical re-equipment of basic means. There was developed the strategy of development of enterprise till 2040, which foresees the expanding of ore base, mastering of new deposits. The growth of labor productivity corresponds to improvement of technology, renewal of technics, increasing of qualification of personnel, introduction of stimulating forms of labor renumeration, material and moral encouragement of workers. Average salary of workers of the Association was increased by 15-20% per year. High-qualified workers receive their personnel salaries.
