Development of motor-vehicle transport complex of Sokolovsko-Sarbaiskoe Mining and Concentration Production Association began in 1955. Necessity of increasing of specific carrying capacity of mine dump trucks park appeared together with growth of amounts of extraction and production capacities. To date, the park of mine dump trucks of the Association includes 86 automobiles of famous global brands with carrying capacity of 91-180 t. In 2014, there started the plan of commissioning of 10 new mine dump trucks Hitachi EH3500ACII. In 2000, Department of Motor Vehicles was created at the enterprise. The main ways of its activity are provision of cargo transportation, servicing and maintenance of equipment, and training and retraining of personnel together with education center. Organization structure of the Association includes two motor-vehicle transport shops, mining and road machines shop, car repair shop, electromechanical site and industry preparation site. The main attention in the Association is paid to the searching of ways of decreasing of specific cost of extraction of minerals and increasing of investments profitability. That’s why, improved exploitation characteristics and decreasing of costs on exploitation, technical maintenance and servicing of mine dump trucks are rather important tasks. Problem of longevity of mine dump trucks and their technical state is connected with exploitation conditions. That’s why, the basic attention of the Association is paid to the tasks of choice of large wheels for certain conditions of exploitation and provision of regular control of inner pressure in wheels.
