Реферат | New technical solution offered for mining companies is the third generation control system for skip hoist loading equipment. The control system is intended for automation of technological process of skip loading and control of filling of loading devices (dispensers) and underground-storage hopper. The control system makes weight dosing of skip loading. It provides automatic and semi-automatic drive control modes for sector gate, valve, feeder and conveyor. When cycle of skip loading and unloading is completed, the control system generates signals to hoisting machine. It logs the loaded skip and gives information to the control room. In case when skip is not under loading, the control system locks sector gates. It also provides signals on loading device condition to an operator.
