Competitiveness is an indispensable condition of existence of enterprise on dynamically developed market. The control of output products quality, which exhists at Kola Mining and Metallurgical Company, is directed on increasing of efficiency of operating quality management system and satisfaction of requirements and wishes of consumers. Technical inspection department is one of the constituents of quality management system on the enterprise. Essence of technical inspection at the enterprise consists in the following:
— timely receiving of complete and reliable information about the quality of raw materials and products;
— revelation of products, inappropriate to the stated demands;
— increasing of responsibility at all production stages for the output products quality.
Nowadays, the main task of technical inspection department is organization and constant improvement of procedures of technical inspection of products quality at all stages of their lifecycle. As a whole, production efficiency depends mostly on the perfection grade of quality control, its technical equipment and organization. After the commissioning of automated information system of products quality control in 2005 (automated information system “Techkontrol”), formation of electronic databases made it possible to realize the collection and systematization of production analytic control results. Possibilities of automated information system “Techkontrol” are constantly improved. This system is completed with new functions and algorithms of collection and processing (systematization) of results of analytic and weight control. This makes it possible to use this scheme both for efficient control of technological processes, and for estimation of final products quality by specialists of the company's subdivisions. This scheme can be also used with the constant changing of requirements to the methods of processing and analysis of data, which, in turn, are the consequence of constantly changing market conditions and new normative base output.
