Реферат

For the first time, the microbiota structure of rocks, revealed by Vorotilovo deep well, was reconstructed via analysis of lipid biomarkers. Vorotilovo deep well corresponds to impact origin of Puchezh-Katun ring structure.

The hydrocarbon oxidizing, methylotrophic and iron reducing bacteria are singled out along with microorganisms of sulfur cycle. The basis for the functioning of underground microbiota is the oxidation of hydrocarbon gases by alkanotrophic rhodococcus, which metabolites are conductive to adaptation of methylotrophic bacteria Leifsonia and Planomicrobium to the thermal environment. Presence of these bacteria in rocks was found for the first time.
In addition to syntrophic and biostagnant interactions, ability to formation of spores and nanoforms is the adaptation of microorganisms to survival in underground environment. This article shows the discussion of the scientific and practical importance of the carried out researches.
