Реферат | In this part of article the aims, tasks and methodology for physical-chemical modeling of flotation processes providing with transition from qualitative conceptions in flotation to quantitative regularities extremaly necessary for creation of innovative flotation technologies are considered. It is shown that their creation and use in the presence of necessary analytical complexes in automation systems for determination of reagent concentrations in the liquid phase of pulp will ensure success in optimisation and intensification of existing technological processes at plants, considerable improvement in technological and economical indexes at decrease in reagents consumption and flotation equipment. It will permit also to create the new effective and ecologically safety technology for complexity use of mineral raw material based on the control and regulation of physical-chemical and electrophysical parameters of flotation systems and use of reсycling waters. |
