There was held the analysis of usage of mining machinery and washing equipment in mining industry of Khabarovsk Krai and Jewish Autonomous Region during the development of placer deposits and widespread natural resources. Nowadays, mining enterprises of Russian Far East (including Khabarovsk Krai and Jewish Autonomous Region) apply the mining and concentration equipment, produced by various enterprises from Asian, European, USA and CIS countries. There was ascertained, that the level of usage of Russian mining equipment is extremely small. In most cases, applied equipment represents the obsolete models. The Komatsu and Caterpiller excavators became the most famous brands of imported equipment. Meanwhile, the most required equipment are the large excavators with more than 5 m3 of payload capacity. The heavy and extra-heavy machines are the basis of bulldozer fleet of gold miners of the considered regions. Russian bulldozers are referred to the middle-heavy machines, while imported bulldozers are referred to heavy and extra-heavy machines. Komatsu bulldozers are the most widely used by Russian enterprises. The dump trucks with more than 20 t of payload capacity are generally used by the enterprises, which extract the precious metals (for example, the dump trucks, produced by “Belorusian Autoworks” JSC and Komatsu). One type of industrial gauges - hydraulic airlock device — is used by 81.5% in the process of washing of sands of placer deposits. The imported industrial gauges are widely used by Russian enterprises. For example, two industrial gauges, produced by Chinese enterprises, are used in Jewish Autonomous Region (by 3.1% of the whole amount). |
