Реферат | In conditions simulating operation of autoclave equipment oxidation of pyrite gold concentrates (~3% aqueous solution of H2SO4 including, and in the presence of chloride ion), at 130 оC and an oxygen pressure of 1.0 MPa using a gravimetric -metric method analyzes the corrosion behavior of 3 foreign brands steels of different alloying systems (304L — of Cr – Ni, 2205 — of Cr – Ni – Mo, 904 L — of Cr – Ni – Mo – Cu), as well as Cr – Ni – Mo – Nb-alloy Inconel 625. According to test results de-barking the conclusion that all the tested materials have high corrosion resistance in the gas, oxygen-phase: the value of corrosion losses P does not exceed 0.1 mm/year and is located at a P similar alloys in pure oxygen. Similar high resistance have tested steel and alloy in the liquid phase of the working environment. However, their resistance point (I) significantly higher than that (II–V), established for the corrosion of these materials in a pure solution of sulfuric acid at low temperatures. This difference in the behavior of alloys authors explain pulp oxygen saturation, to give it the oxidizing properties, which preserves a passive state of metals. In this case, the introduction of the Cl– at 100 mg/L did not appreciably affect the rate of corrosion of materials in the gas phase. In the case of the liquid phase, the rate of corrosion of the alloy Inconel 625 and Cr – Ni – Mo – Cu-steel 904L with the introduction of Cl– remains unchanged, slightly enhanced for Cr – Ni – Mo-composition (steel 2205) and increases by 4 orders of magnitude with complete destruction of the samples for steel 304L, alloy only Cr and Ni. |
