On the November 19, 2011, “BELAZ” JSC held the solemn ceremony of laying the capsule with message to the descendants on the place of future foundation of the production shops complex No. 3 (PSC-3). On December 2011, there had been already started the construction of production shops complex No. 3, which is intended for the production development of mine dump trucks with extra large payload capacity (320–450 t). The complex program on creation of additional capacities, increasing of production volumes and sales of mine dump trucks with 90–450 t of payload capacity for 2011–2014 is expected to be applied not only on the Zhodino territory, but also on practically all territories of “BELAZ” JSC. The large investments are also provided. For example, in 2012, there was planned to invest more than 500 bln Belarusian roubles into the production development (for comparison, in 2010, the amount of investments accounted 80 bln, in 2011 their amount accounted near 196 bln). The construction of additional production territories is the most important among the basic working lines of the program. The project of construction of the whole complex of buildings at the head enterprise was developed, including the PSC-3, and the building of running-in and finishing of mine dump trucks with 90-450 t of payload capacity.
