August (2013) issue consists of two volumes, it's "Gornyi Zhurnal" (Mining Journal) No. 8 (1) and "Gornyi Zhurnal" (Mining Journal) No. 8 (2).
"Gornyi Zhurnal" (Mining Journal) No. 8(2), 2013 is devoted to the 45th anniversary of Priargunsky Industrial Mining and Chemical Union which is one of the backbone plants of the national nuclear industry. JSC Priargunsky Industrial Mining and Chemical Union is the largest uranium mining enterprise in Russia which is the asset base of ARMZ Uranium Holding Co.
Materials of this issue describe multi-faceted work of this plant. The articles are allocated in 5 sections like Geophysical researches, Development of deposits, Concentration of uranium ores, Economics and planning of production, Training of personnel.
The specialists of ARMZ (JSC «Atomredmetzoloto»), JSC Priargunsky Industrial Mining and Chemical Union , OJSC VNIPIpromtechnologii participated in preparing of these articles. One part of materials of the issue have been prepared by the specialists of Institute of Geology of Earth Deposits of the Russian Academy of Sciences , Institute of Mining Matter of the Far-Eastern Division of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Transbaikalian State University, which are constantly interact with JSC Priargunsky Industrial Mining and Chemical Union in the framework of scientific and expert activity.
