Реферат

The work was aimed on examination of influence of technological parameters varying elastic and ductile state of the twisted product on temporarily steadiness of residual twistings and straightness of steel wire cord. Experiments have been conducted in the following schedule: preliminary forming of wire via alternating bending and stretching; twisting deformation in the lay areas I and II; separation of twisting deformation areas between the II area and torsion; twisting deformation in torsion; deformation via alternating bending and stretching in rotating straightener; stretching elongation at the first three grooves of pull-through capstan; deformation via alternating bending and stretching in roll dual-section straightener with individual stretching in the six remained grooves of pull-through capstan; adjustable and constant tension of steel wire cord during coiling on receiving reeler. This technology will help to decrease total elastic and ductile deformation due to a part of twisting deformation, to increase uniformity of twisting deformation via separation of the areas of deformation effects and fixing of length of deformation areas, to decrease deformation degree during final steel wire cord straightening. It is concluded that the new designing and technological solutions for minimization of total deformations during lay and for non-thermal effect on elastic and ductile state of laid steel wire cord, compared with low-temperature tempering should be developed. It is also necessary to pay especial attention to ductility improvement of high-strength brassed wire through steel metallurgical quality and optimal conditions of patenting and drawing.
