Реферат

The components of losses in wire strength are considered and dominating role of deformation in strength loss is shown on the example of steel wire cord 3.3.0 and 3.3.0 НТ. It was revealed that bending deformation is the main kind of deformation having effect on softe ning. Joint bending and stretching deformation has distinctly expressed extreme value depending on relation between bending deformation and stretching deformation (on the example of high-strength wire of 0.30 mm diameter). Joint twisting and stretching deformation leads to increase of strength loss and possible wire tearing, but it occurs less intensive comparing with bending and stretching deformation. Complicated kinds of deformation for drawn wire decreases elasticity module of material and makes wire less applicable for lay deformation. The work also discusses influence of technological parameters of deformation on strength losses on the example of highstrength wire with 0.20 mm diameter. Difference between the effect of separately taken kinds of deformation and the combined effect on strength losses is displayed. Maximal decrease of twisting deformation seems to be the most expedient to approach to the deformation route of single twisting. Imitation of single lay in this case can be realized at the double twisting lines with rotation wire uncoiling.
