This paper characterizes the direction of non-ferrous metals obtaining from the extraction and concentration tails of mining enterprises. There is proposed the mechanism of efficiency assesment of metals leaching from inferior raw materials on the basis of the three-criteria optimizing model at rational leaching parameters. The problem urgency is formulated for Rostov region. There are given the experimental results of metals extraction with the obtaining of full factorial second order models which describe the dependence of leaching parameters from the used technology.

The following conditions have been considered during the research of metal extraction processes:

-the agitation leaching conditions;

-the agitation leaching conditions with dry preliminary activation;

-the leaching conditions in the dry state in a disintegrator;

-the agitation leaching conditions, activated in disintegrator, along with the leaching solution of raw materials in a single stage;

-the agitation leaching conditions of activated raw materials in disintegrator, along with leaching solutions in some stages.

The output of metal is under the significant influence of leaching solution composition, the “Liquid : Solid” ratio (content of leach solution and raw materials) and the time of leaching. The rotation frequency of disintegrator rotors and the number of leaching stages in disintegrator have been added to these factors, during the leaching of activated raw materials in disintegrator.

Mathematical processing of obtained experimental data was held, using the packages Mathcad and Maple, as well as using the mathematical programming methods and one-criteria and multi-criteria optimization models, which were obtained on their basis. The rational parameters were defined on the basis of these models for each leaching mode in the following sequence: the leaching mode rational parameters of the process; the extraction of metals with rational parameters of the process.

This paper gives the data about the distribution of anthropogenic pollution reactors on the territory of Eastern Donbass, which includes over 450 mine dumps and processing plants with a total volume of their stored wastes by 300 million m3.

This research paper was done with a financial support of a grant of Ministry of Education and Science of Russian Federationю State Contract No. 16.515.11.5039 “Development of the waste-free environmentally safe methods of extraction and processing of ores from Northern Caucasian deposits on the basis of the combining of traditional and innovation technologies”.
