Abstract

This article presents a system of labor protection and industrial safety management in “Severalmaz” company. The following objects of Lomonosov ore-dressing and processing enterprise are concidered as dangerous: open pits of Arkhangelskaya and Karpinsky-1 pipes; motor pool; open pits on extraction of commonly occurring mineral resources; processing plant; storage plant for petroleum products; tailing dump. The Administration of industrial and ecological safety is created on the enterprise. This administration includes the departments of the industrial control and ecological safety. The following functions are entrusted on the administration: the coordinated works of the industrial subdivisions; control of industrial processes safety; operating conditions of equipment and its right exploitation.
Head of the enterprises subdivision has a responsibility for the realisation of the safety requirements, labour and health protection, environmental protection. In concordance with the international system of labour protection, there was held the sertification of the activity of “Severalmaz” company in and around the labour safety. In March 2009, “Severalmaz” company recieved a safety certificate No. РОСС RU ОТ 009455 (ROSS RU OT 009455). An enterprise has a collective agreement, according to which, there is realized a range of programs for medical service, health resort treatment, as well as the programm of hollidays for children.
