Реферат

The paper presents developed theory of complex qualitative estimation of quality (qualimetry) for metalware products and technologies for their production. This theory is based on the common constructive principle of structuring properties of metalware products and systematic approach to estimation of quality of finished products and technological processes. The main problems that should be solved in qualimentry are observed and successes in this field achieved by the specialists of Magnitogorsk Srare Technical University are displayed. The functional-aimed analysis of methodological grounds of investigation of quality of metalware products and technologies is suggested. Conducted investigations allowed to propose the new procedure of deformation processing and comparative characteristics of these processes is presented. It is shown that these qualimetry developments have been realized at "MMK-Metiz" works, "Avtonormal" Belebeevsky works, Beloretsk Metallurgical Works, Cherepovets Steel Rolling Works, "BelZAN" and "Belmag" companies. Practical example of realization of qualimetry principles is presented for the scientidic project "Development of hi-tech production of steel reinforced bars for iron concrete sleepers of new generation on the base of the new technology of thermal deformation nano-structuring".
