Abstract

New remuneration system is developed and implemented on Dokuchaevsk Flux and Dolomite Industrial Complex. This system is developed according to the methodology of international consulting company HayGroup, which is based on the description of positions and determination of their comparative meaningfulness in the enterprises` structure. Taking into account an information about the changes on market of Ukraine and region, worker's salary are annually reconsidered with respect for rules of Ukrainian labor code, general and industrial agreements.

Bonus is the characteristics of operation result (intensuty). “Who works more must get more wages” – this is the basic principle of multilevel system. This system is actual and is the basis of the Provision about the bonus payments in Dokuchaevsk Flux and Dolomite Industrial Complex.

Along with the salary, more attention on Dokuchaevsk Industrial Complex is payed to the benefits and compensations as one of the most important components of labour encouragement system of 3100 workers.
