Реферат

Certain aspects of the critical task of mill consumed power redistribution in favor of grinding energy are considered. It is noted, that grinding technical and economic performance indicators are significantly affected by the character of load movement inside mill. Relative motion of large and small balls in operating ball mill was studied. To study balls distribution regularities, a ball mill physical model with transparent end was used. Ball load was represented by balls of 6.3 and 3.2 mm in diameter. Previously unknown regularities of large balls accumulation in mill's center and movement of small balls to discharge grate are described. Interaction of mill liner of «lifter—plate» type with load inside mill was studied. It is noted, that liner plates for ball mills and semi-autogenous grinding mills must be designed with consideration of ball load segregation regularities in order to avoid throwing of balls to opposite side of drum and decrease load slip in base zone.
