Abstract

The ferroelectric properties of the slim lithium niobate foiles are researched by method of the piezoresponse force microscopy. The foiles are obtained by the high frequency magnetron sputtering of the lithium niobate single crystal target, on the surfase {110} of the silicon, covered with the thin layer of SiO2. It is shown, that the effect of the granules` polarization condition area spreading with the piezoresponse amplitude decrease, is observed after the polarization by the positive or negative sample surface area potential, using the conductive probe of the atomic force microscope. At the same time, the depolarization takes place in discrete steps, i. e. the Barkhausen effect on the nanometric level has a place.
